We would then like to invite you to visit us at our headquarters in the UK. You will be able to see first-hand how our operations work and meet with all of the relevant senior team members. This will be your chance to make a deeper assessment of the franchise’s investment potential and viability in your chosen market. We will want to learn more about you and your capabilities, goals, and ambitions, and you will also be able to evaluate us in terms of the support, systems, and potential of the brand.

Once you have decided to proceed, and your territory has been approved by our team, now is the time to work on a more detailed business plan for your new enterprise using our standard business plan template. We recommend you consult an independent financial adviser, and/or work very closely with your financial and legal teams during this process.

This is also your opportunity to carry out all appropriate due diligence before making your final decision. We will also be carrying out our due diligence checks and assessing you as a Master Franchise holder.

Once both parties are happy to work together, and have agreed on a business plan, you will need to pay an initial investment fee, sign an Intent to Proceed, as well as any other legal documents required for your region. Once everyone is happy to move forward, we can sign our final agreement.
