How the Master Franchisee makes money
Each sub-franchisee you recruit pays an initial franchise fee. You retain the majority, with a portion passed to Access4Attics in support of the technology, brand, and systems that underpin your operation.
As your franchisees trade, you earn an ongoing royalty on their revenue. The more franchisees you build into your network, and the more successfully they operate, the more significant and dependable this income stream becomes.
With support and guidance from the head office team, you will also coordinate the supply chain for your sub-franchisees, earning a margin on products supplied through the central supply network you establish locally. Ladders, hatches, boarding, insulation, and accessories: every installation your franchisees complete flows through your supply operation.
